Step into this 83m² duplex-style loft, thoughtfully designed over two levels, to accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers two double beds — one on the ground floor (pull-down/Murphy bed), one on the mezzanine — plus a sofa bed in the living area, two full bathrooms, and direct street-level access, making it an easy, practical base for families or small groups exploring Valencia.
Space
Step straight in from the street into a bright, open-plan ground floor combining a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa, and a double bed — all in one continuous loft-style space, with a full bathroom close by. A striking open staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which overlooks the living area below and holds the second double bed, along with a spacious walk-in closet for luggage and clothing, and its own dedicated bathroom for extra privacy upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the apartment includes both a washing machine and a dryer, making it a great fit for longer stays too. The ground floor area is also served by its own dedicated bathroom

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Note: It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required. Please note: the apartment is on the ground floor with direct access from the street. We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge. Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
