The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for sharing meals and moments, complete with essential cookware, a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make your stay hassle-free. With four welcoming bedrooms—three featuring double beds and the fourth with two single beds—you'll have plenty of space to unwind and recharge. The three bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you feel at home. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.

The location waa great with plenty of public transportation nearby. It is about 2km from Artes y Ciencias, definitely walkable. Beach is close by too so good options to run nearby. Supermarkets a bloc
