See you soon! - By train: Troyes Train Station is a 15-minute walk. - By bus: "Simart" Bus Stop is less than 5 minutes away. - By vehicle: 1) Free street parking 2) Free parking within a 5-minute walk: 22 Rue des Trois Ormes, 10000 Troyes / 2 Rue Simart, 10000 Troyes 💡 How is key handover done? It's straightforward. Entry is done independently for your comfort using the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival. 💡 Are you the sole occupants of the accommodation? Yes. 💡 Is the wifi connection private and complimentary? Yes, subject to the operator's signal quality.
Interaction
The Mon Groom team always ensures to remain available (from 10 am to 6 pm, every day). You can contact us directly through messaging or by phone. In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. As no Mon Groom member resides on-site, immediate intervention is not possible. However, committed to a quality approach, we will respond within reasonable timeframes, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.

Key points to remember: 1. Please respect the premises and the neighbourhood. Your stay is in an accommodation, not a hotel. 2. Upon departure, leave the place in good condition, as it was on arrival: empty trash into the containers, close windows, lower heating, and turn off lights. 3. In case of issues, our team will strive to take immediate measures, but note that there is no on-site staff. 4. Cleaning is intended for restoring the property, including cleaning by professionals. This does not include dishes, various waste, deodorizing, etc. Clean and store the dishes. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra expenses. 5. Sheets and towels provided: change during the stay upon request with an additional charge. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7. You will find supplies for your arrival. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense. 8. Early arrival and delayed departure are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. 9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors regardless of their origin, etc.) will result in a €50 management fee. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly, following the rules established by law. Their use is intended for the number of guests indicated on the reservation.
