This apartment is located in the center of Tourcoing, rue Motte (5 minutes walk from Tourcoing train station and 1 minute from the metro stop of the same name). It is on the ground floor of a small, quiet building. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional and has all the necessary equipment. Ideal couples and business travelers!

The studio is composed as follows: - Entrance then, on your left, the separate WC - Living room with a shower cabin, a kitchenette & dining area and a sleeping area with double bed. Internet and TV available. The accommodation opens onto a garden with furniture, garden furniture and a table. Very good stay, functional and well-located apartment (metro, Velib, supermarket opposite, station 5 minutes away), the big plus is the courtyard with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
