This flat is located in the heart of Tourcoing, on Rue Nationale. The house was renovated in 2023, is in a great location (just a stone's throw from a car park and the metro), is functional and has quality bedding. Ideal for visiting the region with family or friends! You’ll also have access to two private parking spaces!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Entrance opening onto the living room area with connected TV - Dining area - Equipped kitchen with washing machine - Bathroom with shower, sink and WC 1st floor : - A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200) 2nd Floor : - Two bedrooms with double bed (140x200) The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Colbert” metro station is a 2-minute walk away. The “Hôtel de Ville” bus station is 50 meters away. V'Lille station 150 meters away (Hôtel de Ville station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around the Lille metropolis.
