Apartment ideally located 100 meters from Tourcoing train station. You're a 7-minute walk from the Grand Place and the tramway, 3 minutes from the train station and 1 minute from the metro taking you to the heart of Lille and its stations.

Located in the area of the train station, the property enjoys a strategic location in a lively neighborhood, with a constant flow of travelers and activity. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a typical building, and comprises a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the second part of the apartment is a spacious bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and closet, and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. Your accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV.
