This apartment is located in the heart of Tourcoing, rue de l'Abbé de l'Épée. It is on the 3rd floor without elevator of an old and atypical building. The common areas will amaze you! Shops of all kinds, transport, Tourcoing train station, everything is within walking distance! Ideal tourism & business travel!

The apartment is composed as follows: - The front door is on the second floor of the building, you then have to climb a final staircase to access the accommodation - Directly on your right is the bathroom with bath, sink and WC - On your left is a first bedroom with double bed - Large living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen. - A second bedroom with double bed opening onto the living room Please note that the staircase to access the accommodation is typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the staircases are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Gare de Tourcoing” metro station is a 6-minute walk away. Tourcoing train station less than 15 minutes on foot. The “Sacre Coeur” bus stop is at the foot of the building.
