The accommodation is equipped with a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing, enhanced by the pleasant natural light that floods in through the large window. The sleek, modern-lined kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals and snacks, and also features a table and two chairs. In addition to basic crockery, it includes a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Other information
This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
