Welcome to my 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor, without an elevator, in Saint-Ouen. It can comfortably accommodate four with its two bedrooms, one double and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the RER C and metro station, you can enjoy a charming stay in the quiet suburbs while staying connected to Paris!
Space
Welcome to this beautiful 45 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (without a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (2 single 90x190 / 1 queen 160x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
