A tourist and commercial crossroads of the Cévennes, the town is located close to the Cévennes National Park in a particularly picturesque site dominated by the Dugas rock and its remarkable, largely medieval ensemble, including the old castle, the clock tower and the chapel of the Virgin as well as the famous Guisquet tower on a promontory facing the south. It is crossed by the Cèze, dammed on its left bank to protect the Faubourg du Paradis from flooding. This magnificent, peaceful villa offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Independent, recent and on one level, completely fenced, with 6x3m swimming pool open from April to October and pétanque court. This House offers you all the necessary comfort.

The villa is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room. Air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. You can relax in 3 bedrooms, equipped with 1 160 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed and 2 single beds with wardrobe. Sheets and towels provided A pantry is at your disposal with washing machine, ironing board and iron. No joint ownership. Swimming pool reserved for rental with a plancha available. Tv/Internet throughout the apartment. Two fans available. A shower room with toilet in the master bedroom and a shared shower room with a separate toilet. 3 parking spaces available, one of which is covered. We wish you a good stay.

Access to the property is by car. Parking spaces are available. Reception is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. No arrival possible after 9 p.m.
