Charming studio tastefully renovated, ideally located in the heart of Rochefort, just steps from the thermal baths and the Corderie Royale. Fully equipped, on the ground floor of a private courtyard, it offers calm, comfort and practicality for a peaceful stay.
Space
The studio is thoughtfully and warmly arranged. It includes a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen area (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes), and a table for meals. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. It is located on the ground floor, perfect for one or two guests. This studio is my first real estate love. If you fall in love with it too, don’t worry — it’s for rent, not for marriage. 💙
Access
The studio is on the ground floor, easily accessible from the street. The entrance is via a secure private courtyard. Street parking is available nearby (free or blue zone depending on the hours). Self check-in is available via a key lockbox.
Interaction
Hugo, the co-host, will respond via SMS, through the platform or by phone in case of emergency.
