Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a bright and welcoming open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room, with its contemporary décor and wooden details, is equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a large television — the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The modern fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge, and also a convenient washing machine to assist you in your daily routine. In front of the entrance there is a reserved outdoor space with garden chairs to enjoy a moment outside. The sleeping area, harmoniously integrated into the studio, offers a serene and peaceful environment to recharge. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a practical open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
