A unique setting for an unforgettable holiday, surrounded by nature, ocean and relaxation. With a surface area of 150 m², the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It is arranged over two levels (ground floor + upper floor), perfect for stays with family or friends. Outdoor areas & relaxation The villa features a fully enclosed garden and a beautiful terrace directly accessible from the ground floor, fully equipped to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals: * Outdoor lounge furniture * Outdoor dining table * Sun loungers * Ping-pong table You will also enjoy a 5x10 m (unheated) swimming pool to cool off throughout the day. A pool technician comes once a week during your stay for maintenance. **Parking:** space for 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property (depending on size) + free parking available outside. The villa is on your right, up a slight incline. You can drive your vehicle right up to the gate.

Other information
The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
