Spread across three flats spanning the 1st to 3rd floors of the building, each is furnished with cosy beds, hotel-quality linens, and a bathroom stocked with all the essentials for a refreshing experience—including fresh towels and toiletries. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen featuring essential utensils, an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other amenities for your culinary needs. Rest assured, the space is regularly maintained and professionally cleaned for your utmost comfort. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and access to the apartment is via relatively steep stairs. We hope you thoroughly enjoy your stay!

Other information
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and directions to pick up the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
