It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access. As you enter, you'll find a lovely living space that features a comforting sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. There is also a washing machine available. The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200€ smoking penalty fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
