Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the studio features a cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere while offering lovely city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery you'll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience. For your health and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. The apartment is nice, has everything you might need on a trip, also there’s a room service daily which is a big plus, the only thing I would recommend to the owner is having slippers would be great a
