Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this well-optimised space features a perfectly integrated resting and dining area. The room is equipped with a double bed and television, making it the ideal setting to relax after a long day, bathed in pleasant natural light. The compact kitchenette is ideal for preparing your simpler daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen area features a microwave, electric hob, mini-fridge and other practical appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the room is via stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
