This property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and subway stations are just 10 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!
Space
Everything you need, with nothing you don't. This 30 m² property, located on the first floor is in a stairs only building. It is designed with an open-plan layout, with a welcoming kitchen area, fully equipped with all the essentials. You'll also find a double bed in the bedroom, carefully furnished to ensure you have the perfect resting environment after a long day of exploration. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries is also provided, along with a washing machine to add extra convenience for longer stays. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Just a heads up: The property is located on a dead-end street, and we've previously had some issues with the hot water. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations, and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Other information
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
