This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
