The studio is conveniently located on the 1st floor and accessible via an elevator. Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring a plush sofa bed for ultimate relaxation, a wide-screen TV for all favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for meals or work. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step outside to a private patio with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchenette is designed with convenience in mind. It comes fully equipped with all essential cookware and cutlery, an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, ensuring everything needed to prepare delicious meals is available. A washing machine is also on hand for any laundry needs. Rest easy on the luxurious queen bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for utmost comfort. The bathrooms are stocked with all the amenities needed to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
