This 45 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, separate toilets, and a welcoming living area with a lounge, television, and a double sofa bed. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a central island with high stools, perfect for indoor dining, and opens onto a cozy seating area with a coffee table. The living space leads to a large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated, and designed to provide maximum comfort in a warm, contemporary atmosphere.
