The bright and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for up to 6 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light and keep those incredible views front and centre. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cookware and crockery you need for a full group stay. The property has three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Queen/double bed • Bedroom 2: Queen/double bed • Bedroom 3: Two single beds All bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and heating units, and all beds are made up with hotel-quality linens. The home has two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and toiletries are provided. This is a self-check-in property. You will be asked to verify your identity before accessing the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in line with legal obligations set by Portuguese local authorities. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum charge of €200. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy applies with a limit of €80. For the first days of your stay, we provide a welcome starter pack of basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and bin bags.
