Discover a bright and quiet house, with a large living room, cathedral ceiling and bay window opening onto a south-facing terrace, offering a view of the garden. Enjoy the nearby beaches and hiking trails, as well as accessible town centers, the first at 1.5 km, that of Plouha and 19km of Paimpol.

Spacious family home, built in 2005 on a plot of 1,500 m². At the entrance, a 45 m² living room with cathedral roof, including living room, dining room and wood stove. The 16 m² kitchen is equipped and furnished with a central island. The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace. Upstairs, a child-friendly mezzanine with television. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to a separate bathroom and toilet with walk-in shower, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet with bathtub. Once you arrive at 4 bis Ty Losquet, locate the blue gate; the key box is on the far left, well hidden under a hanging plant. To open the small gate on the right, you will find the remote control to open the large gate inside the house.

Dear travelers A little important reminder: the house is equipped with magnificent solid oak parquet flooring in all rooms. To preserve its beauty and durability, we have carefully installed a doormat at the entrance to help you remove small stones or gravel from under your shoes. However, for safety reasons and to avoid any risk of scratches or damage, we would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes inside the house. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
