It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The living room is illuminated with natural light, thanks to its window. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. A fan is available in the room to ensure a comfortable environment, especially during warmer weather. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
