Kitchen: A functional kitchenette, equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Master bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed, TV and small dressing room, designed to provide optimal resting space. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Iron and Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the ground floor, on a courtyard, and gets little natural light: it stays dark for much of the day. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account. * To reach the apartment, you walk through the courtyard past the building's rubbish bins, which can smell strongly, especially in hot weather. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account. We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 50 m² (538 sq ft) in a quiet spot, away from street noise, a 1-minute walk from Daumesnil metro station (lines 6 and 8), with a bedroom with a double bed and a small dressing room, and an equipped kitchenette.
