Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Main room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 25 m² (269 sq ft), the studio is small and suits two people for a few nights. The only bed is a double sofa bed in the main room which, once unfolded, takes up most of the space. For a longer stay, the space may feel tight. * The studio is on the ground floor and its window looks onto an inner courtyard. It is not very practical to leave it open to air the room, and ventilation is limited. Guests who like to sleep with the window open may be bothered. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Sentier metro station, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, in a very quiet studio overlooking an enclosed courtyard, with an equipped kitchen and a Nespresso machine.
