Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: Bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Toilet: WC in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the ground floor facing the street, next to the building's entrance door, with shutters to protect your privacy. Comings and goings in the hallway, passing cars and sometimes the neighbours can be heard inside, including in the evening and at night, especially from the sofa bed in the living room; light sleepers may be disturbed. * The apartment is small and ideal for two. With three or four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, which also houses the open kitchen. Once the sofa bed is open, there is little room to move around or store suitcases, which matters for groups of four adults. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 19th arrondissement, steps from Jaurès metro station, surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants, in an apartment with a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
