Kitchen: A fully equipped open kitchen with coffee, sugar and tea capsules. Master bedroom: Equipped with king-size bed, private bathroom and connected TV. Second bedroom: Two double beds, private bathroom and connected TV. Bathrooms: Modern, with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. WC : Comfortable and separate. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, bed linen and towels provided. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with a elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. * The building has a lift, but it is very small. For a large group, plan several trips to bring the luggage up to the 1st floor. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will stay in a 100 m² (1076 sq ft) apartment with room for ten guests, right in the centre of Paris, 350 m from Châtelet metro station (lines 1 and 7).
