This lovely duplex, located just outside Paris in Bagnolet, is perfect for a family or friends’ getaway. Only a few minutes from the metro, it accommodates up to 6 guests and features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room for relaxing moments together.

This warm 70 m² duplex is the ideal spot for a comfortable stay right at the edge of Paris. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table—perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The modern, functional open kitchen is equipped with cooking hobs, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and all the essentials to prepare meals just like at home. Upstairs, the sleeping area features two bedrooms: - The first with one double bed and one single bed, perfect for a family or small group. - The second with a comfortable double bed. Each bedroom comes with quality linens to ensure restful nights. The modern bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo). The toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. For your comfort, the apartment also offers a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, and linens and towels provided for every guest. Please note: The apartment is located in Bagnolet, right next to the metro station, providing quick access to downtown Paris. It is on the 4th floor without an elevator and is accessible via a narrow, typical Parisian staircase.
