Spacious, well-designed, and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Its central location near Place de la République allows you to easily explore Paris on foot, while enjoying functional and pleasant accommodation, suitable for both business trips and visits to the capital.
Space
Located on the ground floor of a secure building, this suite has been designed to offer a practical and comfortable setting. The living area provides a welcoming space, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a television. It’s a pleasant place to relax after a day in Paris or to spend time together with others. The open kitchen, designed for everyday use, is equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals in the comfort of your home. The sleeping area includes two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, offering peace and privacy to every guest. The apartment features a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer—a real plus for a group stay. For your comfort, the apartment provides Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linens and towels. A portable air conditioner is also available during periods of extreme heat. Please note that construction work is currently underway in the building and may cause noise disturbances during the day. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the ground floor and its windows face the inside of the building, not the street. The rooms get little natural light and look darker than in the photos. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Strasbourg-Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), Arts-et-Métiers (lines 3 and 11) and République metro stations, in a quiet setting away from the street, in a 65 m² (700 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms with a double bed, a shower room, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
