The bright and well-appointed living area features a double bed, a sofa bed, a television, and a dining area—perfect for starting your morning in peace or gathering after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine, along with coffee, tea, and sugar to help you start your day off right. The modern bathroom features a shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. The toilet is located within the bathroom. The 8-square-meter private terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of the apartment: an outdoor space to enjoy a coffee in the sun, get some fresh air, or simply soak up the Parisian atmosphere. The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a portable air conditioner, an iron, as well as bed linens and towels provided. 📍 Located on the 5th floor of a secure building with an elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * Cooling is provided by a portable air conditioner: its exhaust hose goes through a window that has to be left open, and it is not enough to cool the apartment during heatwaves. Guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep in summer. * The apartment overlooks a very busy street near the Champs-Élysées: traffic can be heard, and at weekends music from a nearby nightclub can be heard late into the night. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will enjoy an 8 m² (86 sq ft) private terrace on the 5th floor with a lift, a 2-minute walk from George V metro station (line 1) and steps from the Champs-Élysées, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

Access hours: -Monday through Saturday: 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM -Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM -Closed on December 25 and January 1 A personal code will be automatically sent to you via email before your arrival to ensure a smooth pickup. ➡️ Late arrival? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance: we’ll send you an alternative access code so you can enter the apartment directly, without having to rely on the pickup point’s hours. Our team is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, by phone or via messaging—both before and during your stay.
