Ideally located in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, it is within walking distance of Paris's must-see sites such as Notre Dame, the Louvre, the banks of the Seine, and the Pompidou Center, all accessible in just a few minutes.

The apartment offers a typically Parisian atmosphere, combining old-world charm with everyday comfort. The living room is the heart of the apartment. Bathed in light thanks to its three large windows, it offers a pleasant lounge area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, television, and period fireplace, adding a lot of character to the room. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing a meal or working from time to time. The open-plan kitchen, which extends from the living room, is functional and well-equipped for everyday use: Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer.
