Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Main room: An inviting space with a double bed, TV and a dressing room for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building. 📌 Please note before booking: * At 14 m² (151 sq ft), the studio is small and floor space is limited. It suits one or two people for a short stay; large suitcases take up much of the room and space becomes tight beyond three or four nights, especially for guests with a lot of luggage. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 5-minute walk from Arts et Métiers metro station (lines 3 and 11), close to the Marais, in a modern, quiet studio on the ground floor of a secure building, with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a great shower.
