Kitchen: Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, Nespresso machine. Bedroom: A cosy space with a comfortable double bed. Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry is available on the ground floor. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, with little room for suitcases. * The kitchen is compact. It is fine for simple meals but limited if you plan to cook every day. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, with a terrace, a dishwasher and a shared laundry room on the ground floor.
