Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Master bedroom: Elegant room with wardrobe, TV and double bed for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Second bedroom: Modern room with wardrobe, double bed and TV. Third bedroom: Spacious room with beautiful wardrobe, TV and double bed for a pleasant night's sleep. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A WC is integrated into one of the bathrooms for added convenience. Toilets: Two toilets, one in the bathroom and the other separate for privacy. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure building without elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * All three bedrooms face a very busy street, above restaurants: traffic and restaurant customers can be heard in the bedrooms in the evening and at night, even with the windows closed. The living room is quieter. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) a 3-minute walk from Porte de la Villette metro station (line 7) and close to the Parc de la Villette, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
