Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the most ""trendy"" districts of the capital, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera. Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

Located in the living heart of Paris (11th arr.) at The Bastille in a historical building where the famous poet Paul VERLAINE lived, we offer a fully equipped flat on the 1st floor for 4 to 6 people. Free luggage storage before/after (depending on the size and number of bags, as the space is of average size).

Welcome to my 55M2 apartment, a spacious and recently renovated apartment for 4 to 6 people. There are 4 beds in the flat. 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk beds), 1 double sofa bed. You will have access to one master bedroom with a private flat TV screen and private access to the bathroom. There is also another bedroom with two bunk beds. There's a baby cot and high chair available for your convenience. You can enjoy the kitchen, which is open and fully equipped: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven... The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, perfect for two people. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal. Room service has been set up with the Café-Restaurant downstairs; you will be able to order everything you need directly in the apartment. The accommodation on the 1st floor with elevator in a historic building where the famous poet Paul VERLAINE lived. Cot and high chair available free of charge (please ask for preparation) Free luggage storage at check-in - Check-out on site (if no large suitcases) Also, Air conditioning is at your convenience in the flat. The property is in a living district with restaurants, shops and events during the week-end and summer.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
