I remain at your disposal for any questions regarding your stay, reachable 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. by phone, SMS or e-mail. In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., please follow the instructions of the autonomous arrival guide, which will guarantee you simple and worry-free access to the property. After this time, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or provide assistance. Please anticipate your arrival to avoid any unforeseen events. For any specific request (transfer, delivery, home services...), a concierge is also at your disposal. It is necessary to make your requests at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, in order to ensure optimal support.
Other information
The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are strictly prohibited, in order to respect the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood. In the event of a holiday, the deposit will be retained and the occupants will have to leave the accommodation as soon as possible. A cot is available on request, with a supplement of €40. A personalized reception service is also offered on request, with a supplement of €50. Autonomous arrivals are possible 24/7, giving you great flexibility for your installation. Telephone support is available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
