From the moment you step inside, you can feel the soul of the place: original parquet floors, beautiful ceiling height, and abundant natural light throughout. Located on the first floor of a classic Parisian building (no elevator), the apartment is easy to access while preserving all the charm of the old. The spacious living room is designed to experience Paris differently — relax, share a meal, read, work, or simply enjoy the calm. Comfortable sofas, elegant armchairs, a large convivial dining table, and a smart TV create a warm and functional space. The open-plan kitchen, a true signature of the apartment, immediately stands out with its iconic orange designer look. Fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, kettle…), it’s perfect for cooking just like at home or enjoying a relaxed aperitif. 🛏️ Bedrooms The apartment features two separate bedrooms, both quiet and filled with natural light. You can contact me 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., by phone, SMS, or email. However, if you plan to arrive after 11:00 p.m., it is essential to carefully review and follow the self check-in guide provided to you. This guide is designed to ensure smooth and hassle-free access to the property, even outside the hours when I am available to assist directly. After 11:00 p.m., I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to messages or assist in case of need. Please make sure everything is well prepared in advance to avoid any inconvenience upon a late arrival. Other information
The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted in order to respect the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbors. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. A personal in-person welcome can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €50. Self check-in is available 24/7, offering great flexibility for your arrival. Phone assistance is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM). As hosts passionate about Paris, we do everything possible to ensure you enjoy a truly memorable stay in our suite.
