From the moment you enter, the living area impresses with its generous volumes and harmonious layout. The lounge, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a television, is perfect for relaxing, while the dining area is ideal for shared meals and convivial moments. Large openings naturally connect the space to the outdoors, enhancing the sense of light and openness. Extending from the living room, a large terrace furnished with two outdoor sofas and a dining table allows you to fully enjoy sunny days, whether for an al fresco lunch or a quiet moment of relaxation.
