Welcome to my 18 m² studio flat on the 6th floor in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably accommodates two people, with its combined bedroom and living area featuring a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 4 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. .
Space
Welcome to this charming 18 m² studio, situated on the 6th floor (the lift goes up to the 5th floor, so there is one floor to climb via the stairs). Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more – perfect for exploring and making the most of the city. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa that converts into a double bed for when you want to rest. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area with a fold-out table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you need to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
