Welcome to this charming studio apartment measuring 22 m², located on the 1st floor (without elevator). Modern, bright, and tastefully decorated, it is ideally located near (tourist attractions, shops, transportation, etc.), perfect for exploring and enjoying ... The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a double bed and a television for your moments of rest. The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need for cooking: oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine (type filter coffee machine), dishes, and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a sink, and an integrated toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are installed. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. All you have to do now is put down your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
