Welcome to my 53m² apartment on the 2nd floor without a lift in the 15th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, with a bedroom featuring a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, and about 20 minutes from Champs de Mars and Parc Georges-Brassens, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 53 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to attractions such as Champs de Mars, shops, and transport links, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to four, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen –160x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There's also another room with an office set up, perfect for those working remotely. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror and a toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has smoke and carbon monoxide detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
