Welcome! This appartment is located in the ground floor in a courtyard A living room is modernly furnished and well-kept, with two sofas that can be converted into two single beds and two armchairs. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The spacious kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a dining area for four, where you can eat with loved ones. The bedroom contains a delightful queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the basic amenities, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washer if you wish to do laundry. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. We changed the key system and it's now closer to the flat to pick-up. Enjoy your stay!

Great location. Easily walkable to locations around Paris. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very close to the metro.
