The dining area boasts a generous table that comfortably seats up to six guests, perfect for entertaining or enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. Retreat to the bedroom, where you'll find a king-size bed (180x200) dressed in luxurious hotel-quality linens and a television for your entertainment. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet for your convenience. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your peace of mind, and professional cleaning is performed between visits. There is a garbage chute outside on the floor, and garbage can be thrown out through it every day. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
