Space
Welcome to our studio apartment! The cozy living area has a comfortable sofa, with an adjoining dining table which is great for having a homemade meal. The sleeping area consists of a double bed with some available storage space in the wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, hob, toaster, and a small oven to easily prepare a tasty meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels. There is also a washing machine for you to use. We hope you have a fantastic stay! NOTE: There is no elevator in this building.

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. Note that the apartment is located in the 4th Floor (no elevator)

Please note that the apartment is located in the 4th floor and has no elevator. Late check-in fee of EUR 20 will be charged for check-ins after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
