Welcome to our 100m² apartment on the 3rd floor with a lift in the 18th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with its living room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located two minutes from the metro station (lines 2 and 12), you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!
Space
Welcome to our apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 100m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for 6. You can also use the piano, but please be careful. The apartment also features a dedicated workspace, ideal for those working remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and dishwasher. You can also enjoy coffee at home and start your day on the right foot with a filter coffee maker or a Nespresso machine. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with a dressing area and direct access to the shower room. The two other rooms have double beds (140x200). For maximum comfort, the beds are complemented by complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. WCs are separated. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
