Ideally located just 3 minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

The space features a comfortable convertible sofa that transforms into a cozy double bed, complete with premium hotel-quality linens. Enjoy a smart TV for your entertainment and a dining area with a table for two, which can also double as a workspace—perfect for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from a microwave and toaster to a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet for your convenience. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each guest to ensure a spotless experience. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
