Welcome to my 43 m² duplex flat on the 5th floor in Paris's 11th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with a bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located 5 minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.
Space
Welcome to this beautiful 43 m² duplex flat, located on the 5th floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc. and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa bed. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Malongo type), utensils and crockery. The accommodation includes a bedroom upstairs, in the attic, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. You will also find a washer-dryer for added convenience. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The staircase leading to the bedroom is a little steep and not recommended for people who suffer from vertigo. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

A clean and well-appointed flat. The flat is bright. Its proximity to lines 2 and 9 made it a great base for us to visit Paris’s main sights. We had a lovely stay there.
