It can comfortably accommodate two in its bedrooms, which feature a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris. Please note that this property is only available for a minimum of 30 nights.

Welcome to this beautiful 26 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor without a lift. Modern and practical, it enjoys a prime location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table for two people. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven-microwave combined, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror and toilets. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
