Welcome to my 23 m² studio on the ground floor in Paris’s 5th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, featuring a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located just a minute’s walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to the Panthéon and the Jardin des Plantes.

Welcome to this charming 20 m² studio, situated on the ground floor and overlooking a paved courtyard with trees. Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to (tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc.), perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a television for your downtime. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and utensils. A dining area, with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.
